उत्तराखंड में भी #गायों को #जंगल में छोड़ने का रोग जोर पकड़ रहा है। यहां लोग दोहन के बाद गायों को पालने की बजाय उन्हें सड़कों या जंगल में छोड़ रहे हैं उनको इस जन्म में क्या अगले जन्म मे भी मुक्ति कैसे मिल सकती है जो इन पशुओं का विदोहन करने के बाद उन्हें भूख प्यास से मरने के लिए जंगलों अथवा सड़क पर छोड़ देते हैं? और ये पशु भूख प्यास से दम तोड़ देते हैं या गलदारों के माध्यम से कसाई खाने पंहुंचा दिये जाते हैं। 
आखिर इस घोर अनर्थ और महापाप का भागी कौन बनेगा केवल वही व्यक्ति जिसने मतलब निकल जाने के गायों को या तो गलेदारों के माध्यम से कसाईयों को भेज दिया या सड़कों पर या जंगलों में आवारा छोड़ दिया? या वे भी जो ये सब देख कर भी अनदेखा करते हैं?
युवा पीढ़ी को इस पुण्य कार्य में भागीदारी करनी चाहिए। जंगलो में छोड़ी गयी गाय बैल थोरा थोरी की फोटो सोशल मीडिया पर अपलोड की जाये, जिससे उस गांव के युवा बता सकें कि ये गाय किसकी थी, फिर उस गाय या पशु को यूं आवारा छोड़ने या कसाई को देने पर प्रशासन द्वारा कार्यवाही की जाए।
एक सुखद बात यह है कि उत्तराखंड की वर्तमान सरकार ने देवभूमि में गौ हत्या को पूरी तरह प्रतिबंधित किया हुआ है। गायों का ट्रांसपोर्टेशन करना उनको गाड़ियों में ले जाना कसाई खाने ले जाना गायों का मांस बेचना मांस रखना घोरतम दंडनीय अपराध बना दिया गया है। 
#उत्तराखंड_सरकार को एक परामर्श ये है कि जो भी लोग गायों को सड़कों पर या जंगलों में आवारा खुला छोड़ देते हैं उनके लिए निषेधात्मक कार्यवाही का प्रावधान तो किया ही जाना चाहिए। लेकिन साथ-साथ यह भी कहना है कि जो उत्तराखंड की #बद्रीगाय है छोटी गाय जिसको हम कहते हैं #पहाड़ीगाय उसका दूध अमृततुल्य होता है यह निरोगी होता है और बहुत सारे लोगों की एक कंप्रिहेंसिव मेडिसन है अचूक औषधि है इस गाय के दूध से इम्यूनिटी बूस्टर बूस्टर इतना अधिक रहता है कि उससे यहां के लोगों को टीवी आदि रोग नहीं होते और उनकी रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता मजबूत रहती है इसलिए इस गाय को बचाने की मुहिम में सरकार को भी आगे आना होगा। और जो एक गाय पाल रहा है सरकार उसे ₹3000 जिसके पास 2 गाय हैं सरकार उसे ₹5000 महीना जिसके पास 4 पहाड़ी गाय हैं उन्हें ₹10000 प्रोत्साहन राशि प्रति माह देने का निर्णय लें। यह प्रोत्साहन राशि गायों की संख्या के अनुपात में दी जाए और तब तक दी जाए जब तक कि गाय उस पशुपालक किसान के पास विद्यमान रहे। इसकी निगरानी का कार्य ग्राम प्रधान और ग्राम विकास अधिकारी को दिया जाए।
सरकार के इस कदम से जहां तेजी से लुप्त हो रही पहाड़ी बद्री गाय बचेगी वहीं उत्तराखंड के लोगों का स्वास्थ्य भी ठीक रहेगा। खेतों के लिए जैविक खाद मिलेंगी गोबर की खाद से अच्छी और निरोगी कोई भी खाद नहीं है। साथ ही उत्तराखंड की अपनी परंपरा भी जीवित रहेगी लोग गांवों में रहेंगे पलायन कम होगा और कम पढ़े लिखे अकुशल लोग भी इस कार्य में संलग्न होंगे। यह सुझाव #पलायन_आयोग को भी सरकार को देना चाहिए।
उत्तराखंड में जौलीग्रांट के पास एक गांव में लड़की रहती है बताया जाता है कि उसने ऑस्ट्रेलिया में 1.5 लाख का पैकेट छोड़ा और यहां #हिमालयन_गोट के नाम से बकरी पालन करती है उसने कुछ अच्छी गायें भी रखी हुई है। पढ़े-लिखे लोग गोपालन अपना रहे हैं लेकिन लेकिन वे #परंपरागत किसान और #पशुपालक गायों को छोड़ रहे हैं जिनका यह परंपरागत व्यवसाय था। यही अत्यंत दुखद और दुर्भावनापूर्ण है। 
यह समस्या केवल उत्तराखंड में ही नहीं बल्कि पूरे देश में देखें तो आज गाय आवारा पशु हो गई है और गायों के चारागाहों पर स्लाटर हाउस उग आए हैं, कहीं सड़कें बन गई हैं तो कहीं कॉलोनाइजर ने कंक्रीट के जंगल खड़े कर दिए हैं। इसलिए प्राकृतिक रूप से भी जो गायों के चरागाह थे वे सिकुड़ गए हैं और गायें आत्महत्या करने के लिए मोटर सड़कों पर आ गई हैं, जिसे अब हमारा मीडिया और सामान्य लोग तक आवारा गाय कह देते हैं। वास्तव में गाय तो अपनी ही जगह है, आवारा तो मनुष्य हो गया है जिसने गौमाता जैसे भोले भाले और सुंदर प्राणी को इस नियति तक पहुंचा दिया है

The younger generation should participate in this pious work. The photo of the cow bull Thora Thori released in the forest should be uploaded on social media, so that the youth of that village can tell whose cow it was, then the administration should take action if they leave the stray or give it to the butcher.
A pleasant thing is that the present government of Uttarakhand has completely banned cow slaughter in Devbhoomi. Transporting cows, transporting them in trains, carrying butchers, selling meat of cows, keeping meat has been a punishable offense.
# Uttarakhand_ One advice to the government is that there should be a provision for prohibitory action for those who leave the cows on the streets or in the woods. But at the same time, it is also said that the #Badrigayya of Uttarakhand is a small cow which we call #Hilligayya its milk is nectarine, it is healthy and many people have a compressive medicine. Booster Booster is so high that people of this place do not have TV, diseases and their immunity remains strong, so the government will have to come forward in the campaign to save this cow. And the government who is rearing a cow should give ₹ 3000 to the person who has 2 cows. The government should give ₹ 5000 per month to those who have 4 hill cows and give them ₹ 10000 incentive money per month. This incentive amount should be given in proportion to the number of cows and given as long as the cow remains with that cattle farmer. The task of monitoring it should be given to the village head and the village development officer.
This step of the government will save the fast disappearing hillbilly cow, while the health of the people of Uttarakhand will also be fine. Organic manure will be available for the fields, there is no good and healthy manure from cow dung. At the same time, Uttarakhand will also have its own tradition, people will stay in the villages, migration will be less and less educated unskilled people will also engage in this work. This suggestion should also be given to the #migration_yoga.
