हमारे देश का लेनदेन सिस्टम कैशलेस बन रहा है। कुछ सालों बाद ठेली वाला भी बोलेगा कैश नहीं लेंगे कार्ड स्वैप करो या पेटिएम करो। अभी शुरुआत है। जब शुरू में रेल मार्ग बनाने की बात हुई तब परंपरावादियों ने यह कहकर नई रेल लाइन बिछाने का विरोध किया कि भारत माता को लोहे की बेड़ियों से जकड़ा जा रहा है, ठीक वैसे ही जैसे आज बुलेट-ट्रेन का विरोध किया जाता है। शुरुआत में राजीव गांधी टैक्नोलॉजी, कंप्यूटरीकरण और कम्युनिकेशन ला रहे थे तब लोगों ने यह कहकर विरोध किया कि कंप्यूटर से बेरोजगारी फैल जाएगी, एक ही कंप्यूटर कई कई लोगों का काम कर देगा, यहां शाम की रोटी नहीं और बात कर रहे हैं कम्प्यूटरीकरण की। जब नई नई मोबाइल फोन टेक्नोलॉजी आई तब भारत में उसका विरोध किया गया कि जिस देश में शाम को खाने के लिए रोटी नहीं है, वहां लोग इतने महंगे फोन कैसे चलाएंगे? आजकल जबकि कैशलेस इकोनॉमी व्यवस्था बनाई जा रही है ताकि नोटों के छपने पर खर्चा ना हो, ज्यादा नोट रखने के कारण किसी की हत्या ना हो, और सरकारी पैसा घरों के अंदर डंप ना हो, एटीएम बूथ की जरूरत न हो, सारे काम ऑनलाइन हो तो पारदर्शिता आए । तो इसका भी विरोध वैसा ही स्वाभाविक है, शुरु-शुरु में हमारी कैश रखने की आदत के कारण परेशानी भी होगी, लेकिन बाद में लोग आदी हो जाएंगे और घर में पैसे रखने को झंझट समझेंगे। ठेलीवाला भी कैशलेस ट्रांजेक्शन करने में सक्षम होगा बड़े शहरों की सभी दुकानों में अब स्वाईप मशीन से भुगतान की सुविधा हो चुकी है, छोटे शहरों व गांवों में भी धीरे-धीरे अव्यवस्था आ जाएगी, इसलिए धैर्य रखिए धीरे-धीरे सब ठीक होगा। एक पारदर्शी और इमानदार सिस्टम बनने में समय लगेगा। इधर दो नम्बर के धन्धे बाज अडंगा लगायेंगे, पंगा करेंगे, पेंच भी फंसायेंगे। हमारा एक मित्र जर्मनी में रहता है वह कह रहा था “आश्चर्य है भारत में करोड़ों का ट्रांजैक्शन बिना टैक्स पेड किए हो जाता है, और किसी को सजा भी नहीं होती, जबकि जर्मनी में आपके हाथ पर आधा किलो दही है तो उसका भी बिल कटा हुआ होगा” इसी लिए हमें अपने इतिहास से सीखने की और धैर्य की अवश्य आवश्यकता है।
