सिर्फ नोट बदली करने भर से – जिनके काले धन्धे बंद हुए। काली कमाई सफेद नहीं हो पा रही वे सचमुच बहुत परेशान हैं। मोटे पैंसे वाले अभी भी छटपटा रहे हैं कि हर महिने बिना मेहनत और बिना टैक्स चुकाए पैंसा डबल बनाने का धन्धा कैसे बहाल हो। इतना ही नहीं आतंकवादी भी पाकिस्तान से नकली नोट नहीं मिलने के कारण भारी संख्या में बेरोजगार हो चुके हैं, इसलिए इनकी जमात भी मोदी से खुन्नस खाए बैठी है। सिर्फ एक फोन करके पैंसा बनाने वाले माफिया, नेता और मीडिया के महांरथियों का धन्धा भी मंदा हुआ है इसलिए मोदी इनकी आंख की भी किरकिरी बन गये हैं। यदि नोट बदली नहीं होते तो सोचो ये दलाल देश के क्या हाल करते। हमारा मानना है कि भारत सरकार को जल्दी ही सभी व्यक्तियों का भूमि संबंधी डाटा बैंक और उसकी पासबुकें भी तैयार करवा लेनी चाहिए, जिससे यह पता चल सके की अमुक व्यक्ति के पास कुल कितनी भूमि है कब से है खरीदी है कि पैतृक है और उसने कितनी भूमि कितनी रकम में किसको बेची तथा अब उसके खाते में कितनी भूमि बकाया बची हुई है। इससे जहां किसानों की भूमि को माफिया खरीद नहीं पाएगा वहीं जमीनों के घोटाले बाज भी बेनकाब होंगे। दो लाख से अधिक की ट्रांजिक्शंन भी सिर्फ कैशलेस सिस्टम से ही मान्य हो और एक लाख से उपर की ट्रांजिक्शंन पर आधार लिंक अनिवार्य हो इससे आतंकवादी और दलालों पर नकेल कसेगी। वहीं बैकों में 50 हजार रुपये से नीचे की सभी रकमें भी रोज बिना किसी शुल्क के आहरित वितरित व ट्रांसफर हो साथ ही न्यूनतम बैलेंस पर पैनालटी की मनमानी व्यवस्था समाप्त हो।
